At SDS we understand that it’s all about providing a great product, and backing it up. That's why we offer quality guarentees for all of our clients and all of our placements.  At SDS, we understand that hiring a contract or permanent employee is key to your company’s success, and we want to be a part of it. We take the extra steps to assure we are providing a "Great Service" and are willing to back it up.

 Temporary Hire – When SDS places a contract employee with our clients, we will provide a 5 day guarantee.  That’s correct, if our clients are not satisfied with the quality of our employee, and notify SDS within the first 5 business days, SDS will not bill or invoice our clients for that specific employee.  SDS will then backfill that temporary position for our clients, in a responsive manner.

 

Permanent Hire – When SDS places a permanent employee with our clients, we will provide a 90 day guarantee.  That’s correct, if our clients are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our permanent employee, SDS will backfill that permanent employee at no additional charge, in a responsive manner. We feel that 90 days is a significant amount of time to assure that our clients are completely satisfied.
